1. How do I download the item after purchasing?

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will get an instant download link on the checkout success page. We will also send a copy of the receipt and the download link to your email address.

You can also log into your SellerPak account at any time, go to your Dashboard, and click on the Downloads section to find all your purchased files.

2. Are these digital files safe and virus-free?

Yes, absolutely! Security is our top priority. Every single WordPress theme, PHP script, and graphic template uploaded to SellerPak is strictly scanned for viruses and malware before it is made available to our customers. You can use them on your live projects without any worries.

3. Can I use the purchased items on multiple websites?

Yes. Most of our WordPress themes and plugins fall under the General Public License (GPL). This means you are free to use them on your own personal websites as well as on your clients' websites. There is no restriction on the number of domains.

However, reselling or sharing the raw files directly on other platforms is strictly prohibited.

4. Do I need a license key to use WordPress items?

No, you do not need a license key to use the core features of the themes or plugins. Since they are distributed under the GPL, they are fully fully functional out-of-the-box.

License keys are usually only required if you want automatic updates directly from the original developer's dashboard or premium developer support. For our files, you can simply download the updated version from our site when available.

5. Do you provide installation or custom coding support?

We provide basic support related to the downloading and unzipping of files. However, we do not provide free installation services, custom coding, website setup, or tutorials on how to use WordPress or PHP scripts.

It is expected that you have basic technical knowledge to use the digital products you purchase from us.

6. What happens if a file is broken or not working?

If you download a file and it appears to be broken or the zip file cannot be extracted, please reach out to our support team within 7 days. We will manually verify the issue and fix the file for you.

If we are unable to fix a broken file, we will issue a full refund according to our Refund Policy.

7. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or if you bought a product by mistake. Refunds are only issued for totally broken files or if the product is completely different from its description. Please check our detailed Refund Policy page for more information.
