1. Respect for Copyrights

Welcome to SellerPak.store. We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, and designers. We strictly follow the rules of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same.

If you are a copyright owner and you believe that your digital file, theme, or script is being sold or shared on our website without your permission, you can request us to remove it immediately.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you find your copyrighted material on SellerPak, please send a formal "DMCA Takedown Notice" to our support team. To help us process your request quickly, your notice must include the following information in simple English:

• Your Identity: Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
• Original Work: A clear description of your original copyrighted work (e.g., "My original WordPress theme named XYZ"). Please provide a link to your original work where it is legally published.
• Stolen Material: The exact URL (link) on SellerPak.store where the stolen or copied material is located. We need the exact link so we can find it and delete it.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement saying: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• Accuracy Statement: A statement saying: "I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the email is acceptable).

3. Where to Send the Notice

Please send all DMCA Takedown Notices directly to our official email address. Do not use social media for legal notices, as they might get missed.

4. Counter-Notification (If Your File Was Removed by Mistake)

If you are a user or seller on SellerPak and you believe your file was removed by mistake, you can send us a "Counter-Notice". Your counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, address, and email.
• The name of the file that was removed and the link where it used to appear.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have the legal right to share the file, or that it was removed due to a mistake.
• Your signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the file within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original person files a legal court action against you.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We do not tolerate copyright theft. If a user or seller repeatedly uploads stolen themes, scripts, or graphics to our website, we will permanently ban their account, block their IP address, and deny them any future access to SellerPak.
