Refund Policy
1. General Refund Rule for Digital Products
Welcome to SellerPak.store. Because we sell digital goods (like WordPress themes, PHP scripts, plugins, and templates), our refund policy is different from physical stores.
When you purchase a digital product, you get instant access to download the files. Since digital files cannot be "returned" once they are downloaded, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. Please read the product description carefully before making any purchase.
2. When Do We Issue Refunds?
We want you to have a great experience with our marketplace. We will gladly issue a full refund only if your situation meets one of the following conditions:
- The file is corrupted or broken: If the zip file is damaged and cannot be extracted, and our support team is unable to fix or replace it for you.
- Product is completely different: If the product you downloaded is completely different from the description or live preview shown on our website.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the exact same product twice within 24 hours.
3. When Will a Refund NOT Be Given?
To protect our sellers and our platform from abuse, we will not issue a refund in the following situations:
- You changed your mind: You downloaded the file but decided you no longer need it.
- Lack of technical skills: You bought a theme or script but do not know how to install, configure, or use it. (We provide the files, but it is your responsibility to know how to use them).
- Bought by mistake: You purchased the item by accident and have already downloaded the file.
- Third-party conflicts: The product works fine, but it does not work with a specific third-party plugin or custom hosting setup you are using.
- You expected custom work: You bought a ready-made template and expected our team to customize the design or write extra code for you for free.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the rules above, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.
- Provide your Order Number, the Email Address used for the purchase, and the name of the product.
- Clearly explain the issue. If the file is broken or not working, please provide screenshots or screen recordings so our technical team can verify the issue.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 24 to 48 hours. If your refund is approved, the money will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
