1. Welcome to SellerPak

Welcome to SellerPak.store. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or buy products from our website. By using our website or purchasing our digital products (such as WordPress Themes, PHP Scripts, Canva Graphics, and eBooks), you agree to follow these rules.

If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use our website.

2. Digital Products and Licenses

SellerPak sells digital files. When you buy a product from our website, you do not buy the copyright to the item. Instead, you are buying a license (permission) to use the digital file.

• Personal and Commercial Use: You can use our templates, themes, and scripts to build websites for yourself or for your clients.
• No Reselling: You are not allowed to resell, share, or give away the files you download from SellerPak to other people on any other platform.
• GPL Themes: Some of our WordPress items are provided under the General Public License (GPL). In such cases, the rules of the GPL will apply.

3. Account Creation and Security

To download products and keep track of your purchases, you may need to create an account on SellerPak.

• You must provide correct and real information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share your account details with anyone else.
• If we notice that an account is being shared with multiple people to download files, we have the right to block or delete that account permanently.

4. Delivery and Instant Downloads

Because we sell digital goods, there is no physical shipping. Once your payment is successful, you will instantly get a link to download your product. You can also find your purchased files anytime by logging into your SellerPak account and visiting the "Downloads" section.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be "returned" once downloaded. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is made.

However, we want you to be happy. We will issue a refund only under the following conditions:

• The file you downloaded is completely broken, corrupted, or missing.
• The product is completely different from the description on our website.

To request a refund for a broken file, you must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Changed your mind, or lacking the technical skills to use the product, does not qualify for a refund.

6. Support and Updates

We try our best to provide high-quality and virus-free files. However, we do not guarantee that our themes or scripts will work perfectly with all third-party plugins, hosting servers, or future software updates.

We provide basic support for downloading and installing files. We do not provide free customization or advanced coding help for the items you purchase.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SellerPak provides all digital items "as is". We are not responsible for any data loss, website crashes, or financial damage that may happen while using our products. You are advised to always take a full backup of your website before installing any new theme or PHP script.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check this page regularly.
